Navjyot Andhjan Mandal Helps blind students and workers for accommodations. They are helping blind people. They have different residential facilities for blind ladies and gents. There are around 90 to 100 blinds people are staying. This organization is working since 2008.
From May 2016 this organization started charity for groceries to blind couples. They provide one time in a month to blind people families. The cost of this groceries are 1250. Currently this organization serving more than 500 families from all over Gujarat. They provide free of cost food on the day of charity. This organization is not getting any aid from the government. As this organization only rely on donners. We heartly thanks to all the donners for helping us service to blind people families.
For getting further study blind students who comes to Ahmedabad from near villages Navjyot Andhjan Mandal helps them for accommodation for free. Even the less earning people who is coming from nearby areas to Ahmedabad. Navjoy Andhjan Mandal helps them by giving them lunch, breakfast and dinner free of cost.
Currently Our organization is running on rented place. Currently we have around 100 blind people for accommodation. The approximate cost for this is around Rupees 10,00,000 to 12,00,000, including premises rent, electricity bill, workers salary, groceries, vegetables, milk and other stationary, printing expenses, telephone bills, digital advertising cost.
We also help blind people by providing them writer for exams. We don’t have any stable income or grant from government. Organization often get 1000, 2000, 5000 or 10000 rupees cheque from donners.
As per your convenient you can also donate to help blind people, you can pay on monthly basis or one time, you can do the charity of 1000, 2000, 5000, or 10000. Your given charity will be used for helping blind people food and accommodation. We make sure that your given donation will be only used for blind people helping.

1. Along with old newspapers “past” you can also give us old/unused things like computer, washing machine, refrigerator mobile, utensils, wooden or iron furniture/clothes/ electrical goods beds, bedsheets, all types of scrap, etc.
2. On occasions like Birthday or Death Anniversary or Marriage Anniversary, you can provide tea & snacks to blind persons. One-time expense Rs. 1500 or lunch – Rs.3000 / dinner to a blind person – onetime expense Rs. 6000 and Full day expense Rs.10500.
3. First of all, preparing authentic Braille editions of college textbooks not converted so far, in the form of MP3- CDs and distributing them to the students.
4. Providing services of “writers” for examination, to help them to face the tough situation in the exam hall and to boost their morale.
5. We also provide guidance that is very necessary regarding special scholarships available for higher studies and of schools and colleges offering various subjects and in making the right choices regarding their subjects of study., the choice of institutions where to study and so on.
